Booking & Payments

How do I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and preferred setup. Simply follow the prompts to secure your reservation.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment options will be shown at checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.

Yes, group bookings are welcome. For groups of 10 or more, bookings can be made as multiple reservations. Once confirmed, we can allocate your group together within the same area, just let us know after booking.

Check-in & Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out times are quite flexible; however, during peak or public holidays there may be times when crossovers occur, and in that case, we may require campers to relocate or leave at certain times to allow for a new check-in.

You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Yes, a minimum stay may apply depending on the season (e.g. public weekends, holidays).

Yes – however we do ask pets are kept leashed and cleaned up after in the process. Also, bought in at night.

Camping Setup & Amenities

Are campfires allowed?

Yes, campfires are allowed and we can supply firedrums. However, during a Total Fire Ban as dictated by the CFA website, campfires are not allowed.

Yes, drinking water is available on-site.

Yes, parking is available at your campsite.

Location & Surroundings

Where are you located?

Lancefield Lakes is located just under an hour from Melbourne in the Macedon Ranges. Full directions will be provided after booking.

Yes, the area offers a range of local attractions including wineries, walking trails, and countryside experiences.

Stay Guidelines

To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

  • Respect the property and surrounding environment
  • Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
  • Leave your campsite clean and tidy
  • Dispose of rubbish in designated areas
Is smoking allowed?

Yes, however we ask that cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly in bins or fire drums.
